Did you already take time to set your 2019 intentions?
Maybe you are more organized than me, but I am just now getting the chance to really sit down to think through mine as we were still celebrating Christmas with family the week between Christmas and New Years. Whether you have or have not written down those intentions, I wanted to share a few tips I have learned over the years (thro ... Read More
I worked hard to stay fit during my pregnancy (I wrote about how I worked at it in this previous blog post (http://www.virginiareddick.com/musings/how-to-prioritize-taking-care-of-yourself)). I was sure it would help me have a smooth delivery and bounce back into shape post pregnancy. And it did!

Gold Medal Olympian
World Cup Soccer Athlete
US Women’s National Soccer Team Player

I ran 6.2 miles this past Monday in the Peachtree Road Race. Yes, I am 7 months pregnant.
After I posted a picture of my husband, baby Streib, and I starting the race on Instagram, I had tons of questions on how I do it. I took some time this week to really think about how I have worked to stay fit during my pregnancy and why it has mattered to me.
I focus on my big vision
